I noticed that YouTube now has full episodes of the He-Man cartoons. Takes me back when I had a number of the action figures and the Castle Greyskull playset. The castle was a great place for all the Marvel, GI Joe, Centurions and my other figures to fight in.
Looking now at an episode on YouTube, “Cosmic Comet,” I wonder:
- Why doesn’t Adam stay as He-Man? I don’t recall a reason why he needed to stop being “the most powerful man in the universe.”
- Also he says that only three of his friends know his secret: Orco, Man-At-Arms and Sorceress. But Adam and He-Man appear identical, except He-Man is comfortable with wearing only bearskin shorts and halter.
- Now Cringer and Battlecat look different. Which makes me wonder why Battlecat doesn’t threaten He-Man if he dares turn him back to Cringer.
- Does anyone in Eternia mistakenly put Orco in their hamper?
Thoughts anyone?
